💛 Why Freely Held?

Everyone deserves support, but many people face obstacles to receiving quality mental health care, like cost, stigma, or discrimination. Freely Held exists to lower barriers and make healing more accessible to everyone.

Inspired by the generosity of Ismatu g and the Insight Retreat Center, Freely Held is rooted in gratitude, reciprocity, and the belief that healing belongs to all of us—not just those who can afford it.

What’s offered

  • 10 one-on-one sessions each month
These sessions are offered to the community as a whole—not per person. I’ll open up additional sessions each month based on community generosity.

  • Full-length, relational sessions
Professional, private, and deeply human—not brief or secondary care.

  • No cost, no documentation, no diagnosis required
    Just you, as you are.

🤲 Want to support?

Freely Held is made possible in part through the generous community contributions of those who wish to ensure that care remains accessible to all. You can:

  • Gift sessions to others who may not have access to care (this directly increases my capacity to offer free care beyond the 10 base sessions each month)

  • Share this offering to help it reach those in need

Your support helps ensure that healing is held, not withheld.

Heart

📊 Ongoing accountability & transparency
